2 lbs. powdered sugar, sifted 1/4 lb. melted butter 1 lb. coconut 1 can condensed milk 1 sm. jar cherries, drained and chopped Mix all ingredients together and knead and shape into balls. Put powdered sugar on board. Place on waxed paper on cookie sheet. Chill overnight. Next morning melt 18 oz. of Nestle's chocolate chips and 1/4 cake of paraffin wax in double boiler. Roll balls in chocolate mixture. Then place in refrigerator for few minutes. |
