TUNA CHOW MEIN CASSEROLE 
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. celery
1/4 c. onion
2 tbsp. green pepper
1 can tuna, with liquid
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. water
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. cashews
1/2 bag chow mein noodles

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in skillet. Add celery, onion and green pepper; cook and stir until onion is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into ungreased casserole. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
