COUNTRY FRIED PORK CHOPS 
6 to 8 pork chops
2 eggs, beaten
3 c. bread crumbs
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 soup cans water
4 tbsp. vegetable oil

Dip chops in egg; coat with bread crumbs. Brown in heavy skillet in 4 tablespoons vegetable oil. While chops are browning, mix onion soup mix and cream of mushroom soup with 2 soup cans of water. Pour soups in 9 x 13 inch pan. Place browned chops in soup mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
