1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. honey
2 tbsp. water
1 egg
6 c. flour

Mix together. This will be a very stiff dough. Roll on a floured surface to about 1/2 inch thick. Cut out cookies in 3 inch rounds. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes, or until done.
