COUNTRY MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef chuck
1/2 lb. sausage meat
1 1/2 c. herbed stuffing
4 hot dogs, chopped
1 tsp. sage
2 tbsp. parsley
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
Black pepper
2 med. onions, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients lightly but thoroughly. Bake in 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan for one hour at 350 degrees. Serve hot or cold.
