HONEY ROLLS 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs (beaten)
1 c. milk (scalded and cooled to lukewarm)
2 cakes yeast (dissolved in 1/4 c. lukewarm water)

Cream butter and sugar. Beat eggs. Add milk and yeast. Add flour and liquids alternately. Let raise until doubled. Roll out like you would for jelly roll. Spread with butter and cut off 1 inch thick. Put in greased pans. Let raise 30 minutes and add topping and let raise 30 minutes again. Bake 350 degrees about 20 minutes.

Topping:

1/4 c. butter (melted)
1 c. powdered sugar
1 egg white (beaten)
2 tbsp. honey (strained)
