ROLLED ORANGE HONEY CHICKEN 
2 lbs. chicken cutlets
2 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
1 c. flour
2 c. flavored bread crumbs

SAUCE:

1 c. orange juice
1 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Separate chicken cutlets. Beat 2 eggs with milk. Place flour in bowl and place bread crumbs in another bowl. Dip cutlet in flour, then in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs. Roll and fasten with toothpick. Place in greased baking dish and bake in 325 degree oven about 20 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken and bake 15 minutes more.
