BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST WITH
HONEY-ORANGE SAUCE
 
5 to 7 boneless chicken breasts

SAUCE:

1 tsp. cornstarch
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. teriyaki sauce or soy sauce
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. orange juice

Bake chicken 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Then turn sauce over chicken, turning to coat all sides. Cook 15 minutes longer until sauce is thickened. Very good. I bake potatoes starting 15 minutes before chicken.
