SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. long spaghetti
2 beaten eggs
1 c. milk
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef or turkey
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. pepperoni
16 oz. shredded cheese (Mozzarella, American or cheddar)
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (Prego or Ragu)

Cook spaghetti, rinse and drain. Put in greased 9"x13" pan. Combine eggs, milk (and salt and pepper to season as desired). Pour over spaghetti and let stand while preparing meat mixture.

Brown ground meat and onion. Add spaghetti sauce, pour over spaghetti but DO NOT MIX. Lay pepperoni slice on top, then cover with shredded cheese. Cover with foil. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
