HOT BEEF DIP 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. dried beef
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. parsley flakes

Cut beef into bite-size pieces with scissors. Combine beef and all other ingredients in small bowl. Microwave on simmer for 5-6 minutes, stirring once. Serve with crackers or as a topping for baked potatoes. Shrimp or clams may be substituted for the dried beef.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
