SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. dry minced onions
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1/3 c. water
3/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. spaghetti, broken
3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Break ground beef up and put into a 2 quart glass or microwaveable dish. Microwave at high power for 6 minutes. Stir and microwave for 4 to 6 minutes longer. Drain off fat. Stir in all the ingredients except the cheeses. Cover. Microwave on high power for 8 minutes. Stir. Recover. Microwave 9 to 10 minutes until spaghetti is tender. Sprinkle with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Microwave, uncovered at high power for 1 to 2 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve hot. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
