SOUR CREAM HASH BROWNS 
2 lb. southern style frozen hash browns
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine above ingredients and spread in greased 9x12 inch pan. Melt and dribble 1/2 stick butter over mixture. Top with crushed cornflakes. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
