HASH BROWN POTATOES WITH SOUR
CREAM
 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed about 20-25 minutes.
1 can cream of onion soup or cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. sour cream

Mix all together and put in baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can be topped with bread crumbs.
