SCALLOPED POTATOES WITH SOUR
CREAM
 
1 lg. pkg. hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 pkg. Cheddar cheese

Put 1 large package of hash brown potatoes in bottom of 9 x 13 inch cake pan, 1/2 cup chopped onion over potatoes. Dot with butter and salt to taste. Mix 1 cup sour cream, 1 can mushroom soup and 1 cup milk. Pour over top of potatoes. Sprinkle 1 package of Cheddar cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Can use ham also if desired.
