EASY SAUSAGE BALLS 
3 c. biscuit mix
1 lg. hot pork sausage, room temperature
10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Crumble the sausage and mix with cheese. Add biscuit mix one cup at a time. Form into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees until light brown (13 to 15 minutes). Cooking may take a few extra minutes if balls are frozen. Serve warm. Makes about 7 dozen.

Can be prepared in advance and frozen.
