SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. sausage meat, mild or hot
1/2 lb. grated Sharp cheese
4 c. dry biscuit mix

Sausage and cheese should be at room temperature. Work uncooked sausage into biscuit mix. Add cheese and mix well. Shape into balls. Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 100 balls. Can be frozen before baking.
