SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. sausage meat (mild or hot)
2 c. Bisquick
8-10 shredded cheddar cheese

Bring all ingredients to room temperature. Mix well with hands and roll into balls about the size of a walnut. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for about 18 minutes. May serve with Dijon mustard or horseradish sauce.
