SAUSAGE BALL 
1 lb. sausage
8 oz. grated sharp cheese
3 c. prepared biscuit mix (Bisquick/Jiffy)
2/3 c. milk (approximately)

Mix dry ingredients. Add milk until mixed into a ball. Form into small marble sized balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. These can be frozen and used as needed. Do not thaw prior to baking.
