HOT SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. turkey sausage
3 c. buttermilk biscuit mix
12 oz. cheddar cheese, grated

Mix sausage, baking mix and cheese. (Use hands to mix). Roll into 1 inch balls. Place on cookie sheet and freeze until firm. Store in plastic bag. Bake frozen balls at 350 degrees about 15 minutes or until lightly brown.

Serve with cocktail sauce or hot mustard sauce. I use no fat cheese.
