1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 can Hormel chili - no beans
1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos

Take 9x9 pan and spread the cream cheese on the bottom. Next spread the chili. Then cut the cheese and place evenly over the top. Place in 300 degree oven until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes. Use nacho chips to serve dip.
