CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 fryers, stewed and chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
3 beaten eggs
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 c. chicken broth
1 lg. box Ritz crackers, crushed

(Enough to make 4 cups of crumbs). Mix all ingredients and 3 cups of cracker crumbs together. Place in casserole dish. Sprinkle 1 cup crackers on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
