CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 hen or lg. fryer, cut into pieces & boiled until tender
6 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. cubed cheese
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs
4 c. Ritz crackers, crushed

Mix all ingredients together well and cover with some of the cracker crumbs and bake 45 or 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
