GLAZED BERRY PIE 
4 c. fresh berries
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 baked 9-inch pie shell

Crush 2 cups berries. Combine with sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Cook over direct heat, stirring frequently, until thick and smooth, 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Cool thoroughly.

Sprinkle powdered sugar over bottom of baked shell. Place remaining 2 cups berries in pie shell, then cover with cooked berry mixture. Let stand in refrigerator for several hours.
