GLAZED PEACH PIE 
4 c. sliced fresh peaches
3/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. peach-flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
Pinch of salt
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 baked 9-inch pie shell

Combine fresh peaches and sugar; let stand 10 minutes to allow sugar to dissolve. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add salt and lemon juice; cool. Add peaches and chill until slightly thickened, turn into cold pie shell. Refrigerate until served. Garnish with whipped cream and peach slices.
