RACHEL'S' GLAZED PEACH PIE 
4 c. sliced fresh peaches
3/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. orange or peach flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
Dash of salt
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 baked 9 inch pie shell

Combine fresh peaches and sugar; let stand 10 minutes. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add salt and lemon juice. Cool. Add peaches, and chill until slightly thickened. Turn into cold pie shell. Garnish with whipped cream and peach slices.
