FRUITED CHICKEN SALAD 
4 whole chicken breasts
2 rib celery, chopped
1/4 c. scallions, chopped
1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2 c. nuts
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
1/2 c. grapes or cherries

Combine all ingredients except grapes before serving.
