SAN FRANCISCO CHICKEN BREAST 
4 boned chicken breast
1/4 tsp. white pepper
3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. butter
2 tsp. garlic powder
Juice of two lemons
Dash paprika

Split breast and pepper well. Blend bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Melt butter with garlic in saucepan.

Dip each breast in butter then bread crumb mixture. Roll each bread and fasten with toothpick. Place in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, remaining butter and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour basting twice.
