SAN FRANCISCO CHICKEN 
3 lb. chicken cutlets (flattened and cut in half)
2 c. bread crumbs (seasoned)
2 c. Parmesan cheese
3 sticks butter
Lemon juice or fresh lemons
Mushroom caps

Melt butter in small sauce. Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese together in small bowl. Dip strips of chicken into butter, then into bread crumb/cheese mixture. Roll up chicken and secure with toothpick. Place in buttered baking dish.

Pour extra butter sauce ad lemon juice over chicken. Add mushroom caps. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes until chicken is golden brown. Garnish with fresh lemon slices and enjoy!
