LEMON POPPYSEED CAKE | |
1 lemon cake mix 1 sm. pkg. instant lemon pudding 1/2 c. oil 1 c. water 4 eggs 1/8 c. poppyseeds Blend all ingredients and beat for 2 minutes on medium speed. Bake in greased and floured bundt pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool 20 minutes before turning out of pan onto rack for cooling. Glaze with 1 cup powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. |
