LEMON POPPYSEED CAKE 
1 lemon cake mix
1 sm. pkg. instant lemon pudding
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
4 eggs
1/8 c. poppyseeds

Blend all ingredients and beat for 2 minutes on medium speed.

Bake in greased and floured bundt pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool 20 minutes before turning out of pan onto rack for cooling.

Glaze with 1 cup powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons lemon juice.

I made this one this weekend and it was a hit with the family. I was easy to prepare and came out light and fluffy. I used the canned spray with flour and it just slid right out of the pan. This one is a winner!
