POPPYSEED CAKE - MUFFINS | |
1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 c. water 4 eggs 1/2 c. vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. poppyseed 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix Mix dry ingredients. Add water and oil. Add egg, one at a time, beating well after each one. Pour into well greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Or Pour into muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Glaze Topping: 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice and 1/4 cup butter. Beat together. |
