1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. All Bran
1 1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Stir together flour, baking powder and sugar. Measure All Bran and milk into large mixing bowl. Stir and let stand 5 minutes. Add egg and oil; mix well. Add flour mixture; stir and mix. Grease and flour 2 pie pans. Put equal amount of mixture in the 2 pans and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Test with wooden toothpick. Put candles on 1 or more cakes and light candles. Place in front of man or other person. Sing Happy Birthday.
