LEMON POPPYSEED CAKE 
1 lemon cake mix
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
3 eggs
3 tbsp. poppyseeds

Grease and flour Bundt pan. Combine all cake ingredients until moist. Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool upright 25 minutes, invert on a plate. Glaze when cooled completely.

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. milk
2-3 drops yellow food coloring

Mix - drizzle over completely cooled cake. Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
