1 pkg. orange Jello
1 c. apricot or pineapple juice
1 can mandarin oranges, well drained
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
3/4 sm. pkg. Velveeta cheese, shredded
1 c. whipping cream

Dissolve Jello in hot juice adding water to make the 1 cup. Chill until almost hard. Whip. Add the mandarin oranges, pineapple, cheese and cup of whipped cream. Before serving, top with remaining shredded cheese. Sounds odd, but delicious.
