1/4 head lettuce, chopped
1 med. bell pepper
4 boiled eggs, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
12-14 cherry tomatoes
1 c. frozen green peas
1 med. cucumber, sliced
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Layer all the above in a clear bowl. Spread 1 1/2 cups Miracle Whip on the top. Garnish as desired. Keeps in refrigerator for days.
