MY FAVORITE SALAD | |
1 sm. lemon Jello 1 c. boiling water 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows 1/2 c. crushed pineapple (15 1/2 oz. can and juice) 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, grated 1/2 c. nuts, chopped Dissolve package of Jello in boiling water. Add miniature marshmallows and stir until they are dissolved. Chill until it starts to set. Whip. Add crushed pineapple and juice. Add cream cheese, nuts and Cool Whip and mix well. Chill until set. |
