POTATOES AND ONIONS (Microwave) 
2 lbs. red potatoes
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 c. butter
1 med. thinly sliced onion
1/4 c. water

Slice potatoes thin, leaving the skins on. Layer potatoes in 1 1/2 quart casserole with onions. Sprinkle on parsley flakes. Add water. Dot with butter. Cover and microwave 15 minutes on high. Season to taste after cooking. (Cook the same on top of range except add some oil to frying pan. Cover and cook on medium.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
