GROUND MEAT AND CABBAGE 
1 lb. ground beef (chuck or extra lean)
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can tomato sauce
2 shakes garlic powder
1 shake Tabasco sauce
1 lg. cabbage, cut in sm. pieces

Brown ground beef and onion. Add tomato sauce and seasonings. Add cabbage; cover. Simmer slowly until cabbage is cooked thoroughly. You may want to add a few tablespoons of water while cabbage is cooking. Serve over rice.
