GROUND MEAT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. raw rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
Green onion
Parsley
Salt & pepper

Saute ground meat until brown. Add onion, celery, garlic and bell pepper; continue to saute, covered until vegetables are wilted. Add soups and 1 can of water; bring to a boil. Season to taste. Add 1 cup raw rice, green onions and parsley. Cook 45 minutes to 1 hour in a 375 degree oven. Cover for the first 15 minutes, and remove cover for remainder of cooking time.
