GROUND MEAT CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1/2 or more chopped onions
1 stick butter
1 clove garlic
3 tbsp. flour
1 can tomato sauce
1 can beef consomme
1 carton sour cream
1 pkg. flat egg noodles
Grated cheese & paprika

Brown onion in butter. Add garlic and ground meat. Brown. Add flour, tomato sauce and consomme. Simmer for 10 minutes or longer. Remove from heat and add sour cream. Pour over cooked noodles. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 300 degrees until hot and bubbly. Freezes well.
