GROUND MEAT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger meat
6-8 med. potatoes
1 sm. pkg. carrots
1 med. onion
1 sm. can tomato sauce

Dice or slice potatoes and carrots, chop onions and mix. Salt and pepper mixture to taste. Take half of the potatoes and etc. and layer the bottom of casserole dish. Press hamburger meat for center layer. Add rest of potatoes and etc. for top layer. Put tomato sauce in glass and add enough water to fill the glass, salt and pepper liquid and pour over casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until carrots are fully cooked. (Carrots will take longer to cook than the hamburger.)
