MULTI-MEAT GLAZE/SAUCE 
1/2 cup regular BBQ sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup HP Sauce (Spicy brown sauce)
1/4 cup golden honey

Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Cover meat with sauce and refrigerate for 1/2 an hour to let flavour set in.

Best on spareribs and chicken. Cook meat as usual.
