SPAGHETTI & MEAT SAUCE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups mixed sweet peppers, chopped
1 family sized can tomato soup
4 cups frozen tomatoes, diced
1 1/2 tsp. basil
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 (1 lb.) box pasta, cooked
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup olive oil

Brown ground beef, onion, and sweet peppers together until meat is done. Add tomato soup, frozen tomatoes, basil, oregano and garlic powder and let simmer with lid on until tomatoes are thawed, stirring occasionally. Simmer 10 more minutes. Stir in sugar. Add olive oil to cooked and drained pasta. Add meat sauce to pasta. Serve with garlic bread.
