SOUR CREAM CHEESECAKE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
11 oz. soft cream cheese
2 tbsp. melted butter
9-inch graham cracker pie shell

Put eggs, sugar, vanilla, and sour cream into blender. Cover and blend 15 seconds. With motor on, remove cover and gradually add cheese. Add melted butter.

Pour into shell and bake in preheated oven at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Chill; top with Comstock's blueberry or cherry filling and topping.
