SOUR CREAM CHEESECAKE 
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 eggs

TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix cream cheese with sugar until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Pour in springform pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Put pan of water under cake pan. Cool 15 minutes.

Topping: Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Pour over cake. Bake 20 more minutes. Cool. Serve with fruit if desired.
