3 c. flour
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. cold water
10 tbsp. melted butter

Mix together the flour, cocoa, baking soda, sugar and salt. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix and pour into cake pan.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
