2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour (cake flour)
1/2 c. self-rising flour
3 eggs
1 c. Crisco
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. coconut flavoring

Mix ingredients together and bake.

ICING:

1 c. milk
4 tbsp. self-rising flour

Cook and let cool. 4 level tbsp. Crisco 1 tsp. vanilla 4 tsp. coconut

Spread over cake; sprinkle with coconut. Mix cake and bake as any other pound cake.
