FRIED SHRIMP BATTER 
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. cold water
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. Accent
3/4 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients until smooth. (This is also good as onion ring batter, just add a little sugar and a little more water.) Can use as batter for fish (more liquid consistency preferable.) You can also use for deep fried vegetables.
