FRIED SHRIMP BATTER 
Shrimp
Flour, self-rising
Fish fry
1 egg
Milk

Peel and fan shrimp. Soak shrimp in cold water. In 1 bowl put self-rising flour. Dip shrimp in flour. Then dip in egg and milk batter. Then in another bowl, mix 1/2 flour and 1/2 fish fry mix. Dip shrimp last time in the flour/fish fry mix. Fry about 2 minutes in hot grease.
