DIETERS CHICKEN BROIL 
1 fryer cut in serving pieces
1/4 c. grapefruit juice
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. seasoned pepper
1/3 c. corn oil

Place chicken in large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator, turning once or twice if convenient. Drain chicken, reserving marinade. Broil 20 minutes, basting occasionally with reserved marinade. Turn and broil, continuing to baste, about 15 more minutes or until done.
