GREEK SALAD 
1 head Romaine lettuce
3 tomatoes (cut up)
1 onion (thinly sliced)
1 green pepper (chopped)
1 cucumber (peeled and sliced)
1 c. med. pitted black olives
1/2 lb. Feta cheese (crumbled)

DRESSING:

1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
Oregano (pinch)
Salt and pepper to taste

Chill all vegetables, olives and cheese. When ready to serve, toss all vegetables and olives with dressing. Top with cheese.
